CCP Hub (ccp.livsey.codes) is an independent, free community study site for the Claude certification exams. This page explains what data we hold about you and why. The short version: we store your account and your study progress, we don't sell anything, and we only email you about your account unless you explicitly opt in to more.

The data controller is Ignite Learning Studio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17076528), registered office: 2 Hillfield Avenue, London, N8 7DT. Contact: hello@livsey.codes.

What we collect

  • Account data — your email address, a display name you choose, and a hashed password (we never see or store the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google instead of a password; we do not receive access to your Google account or contacts.
  • Study activity — your practice answers, mock exam attempts and scores, and flashcard review schedule. This exists so the site can show you your progress; it is visible only to you.
  • Anonymous usage analytics — page-view counts via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

How we use it

  • To operate your account and show you your own progress.
  • To send transactional email: signup confirmation and password resets.
  • If — and only if — you tick the opt-in box, occasional emails about becoming a Certified Claude Practitioner: study tips, exam news, and community updates. You can withdraw consent at any time on your account page or via the unsubscribe link in any such email, and it never affects your access.

Where it lives

Account and study data are stored with Supabase (London region). The site is hosted by Vercel, and transactional email is delivered via Resend. These providers act as processors on our behalf; we do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account and all associated data to be deleted at any time — email hello@livsey.codes and we'll action it promptly. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the usual GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection.
